Svetlana Emelianova spoke about working with small businesses

On November, 01 Svetlana Emelianova, STEP Consulting managing partner, spoke at the 28th conference of the National Institute of Certified Management Consultants (NISMU).

In her speech “Consulting for small businesses. Cross-pollination.” Svetlana told about two stages of working with small business: before the 2008 crisis and after it.

The presented cases were about real requests from small companies and their changing over the time. Nevertheless, the STEP Consulting experience proves that small businesses need consulting services (primarily, owner’s consulting), and that clients are willing to pay for real help that can fast result into business advantages.

The story of "Business Rakes Club" creation, as a marketing and investment project of STEP Consulting, was of particular interest to the audience.
