Seminar "Team: Effective Business Interaction"

Consultants STEP Consulting Lyubov Gorbunova and Yulia Kapanchychuk held a seminar "Team: Effective Business Interaction" for top managers of the Beeplast plant (Lebedyan, Lipetsk region).

Beeplast managers easily joined in the work. As a result they have set goals and made development plans not only for the next three years, but also for the far future, with the implementation of innovations.

Lyubov Gorbunova: "The main goal of such events is not only to show a "picture" of real life and understand the strengths and weaknesses of management staff at the moment, but also to help in finding resources for changes by setting the final point of changes' implementing."

On the first day, the consultants conducted a survey of employees' interaction satisfaction using the "Internal Client" method. Also they identified personality types in organizational by using the Myers-Briggs test. The second day of training was dedicated to summing up the results, including the results of the "Internal Customer" technology. The consultants had figured out the final data and made a presentation with all participants' resumes. The results of the researches turned out to be a ground for a serious conversation.

At the end of the seminar Beeplast managers noted that, in spite of the substantial renewal of the staff, they have made an efficient team that can accomplish complex tasks.
