STEP goes on working with young professionals

On November 22, 2018, Elena Kisel, the Head of STEP Personnel Recruitment, took part in the Career Day Career Fair at RosNOU (Russian New University).

“We work a lot with the younger generation - future managers, entrepreneurs, consultants - says Elena. - STEP regularly conducts internships for undergraduate students and graduates. Some of the interns join STEP and get a permanent job. For young entrepreneurs, STEP holds meetings under the brand “Business-Rake Club”. On this platform aspiring entrepreneurs meet experienced businessmen, and older generation can share their experience and understand what young businessmen “breathe”. STEP regularly participates in career days of various universities, and this brings many new acquaintances, opportunities and ideas.

This year the RosNOU career day was attended by representatives of the following companies and organizations: Adidas, Youth Employment Center, Coffeemania, Dodo Pizza, Domodedovo Airport, Rosbank, Mariott, Hilton, Holiday Inn and others.
