What kind of corporate management does private business need?

On September 28, 2017 Svetlana Emelianova, the Managing Partner of STEP Consulting, participated in the event of the Independent Directors Association. The meetings’ subject was “What kind of corporate management does private business need?” and it was arranged for business owners and IDA members. The owners shared their stories about the Boards of Directors’ installation in their companies. Among the speakers there were those who for more than 6 years had been moving towards the creation of a perfect system of corporate management and those who had stepped on this path recently.
