Evgeny Emelianov took part in the discussion about trust between consultants and clients

On April 12, 2018, Evgeny Emelianov, President of STEP Consulting, spoke at the conference "Business in Russia: risks and prospects for development in new conditions." Evgeny represented the consulting business in the panel discussion "Mutual trust to the management consultant: what it is based on and what it destroys."

Three representatives of the customer companies and three representatives of consulting businesses talked the way of the request for consulting’ forming, the way of contractors’ selecting , and about the key competencies of the consultant.

“All the participants tried to represent the real examples, - says Eugene, - but still often moved to the metaphysical level - "chemistry", "flirtation", "feeling what is yours". Of course, when making a decision about cooperation, experience, recommendations, qualifications, specialization, the price of works are important. But the final "deal" remains at the level of "commonness", the human factor and other non-physical indicators of compatibility.
