STEP Consulting was rewarded for the excellent work

At the end of 2018, STEP Consulting completed the development of the “Partner’s Book of Standards” for TOREX Trading House. The goal of the project was to unify and optimize the business processes of partner companies, which distribute TOREX steel doors. The package of standards was given to TOREX. This package was made up of two types of documents: test descriptions and brief visualized leaflets that are convenient for the use of managers and performers.

The standards are based on the best experience and proven business solutions of the TOREX central, partner companies and enterprises from other business areas.

As a reward for the result, STEP Consulting received an original memorable gift. The awarding of such prizes is a unique tradition of TOREX.
